2tspGarlic Powder
1tspLiquid Smoke
1tspBrown Sugar
1tsp Onion Powder
1/4tspCayenne
1/2tspPaprika
1tspMustard Powder
2TbspWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Drain and rinse the jackfruit and chopping it roughly.
Mix the ingredients well (reserve a bit of BBQ sauce) and dump onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Press into a large oval shape and press a knife down- not all the way through, to make 'Ribs'. Brush on remaining BBQ sauce.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Notes
We like to make it with baked potatoes (as we just toss them in the oven while the ribs are cooking) and baked beans- as they take about the same amount of time (in the instant pot).
