Homemade- or boiled a for 10 extra minutes to make them soft.

Poultry Powder

Chickpea Flour

Wheat Gluten
Instructions
Add to a food processor and mix for a few minutes until it comes together like dough.
Remove and work until it rolls into a long log.
Twist and tie in a knot
Add to boiling water- with whatever spices (broth, marmite, poultry seasoning, garlic etc.)
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Shred once cooled
