Cilantro Sauce
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews Soaked if you don't have a high powered blender
- ½ Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ tsp Salt
Add add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Colour will alter and zing will dissipate as it sits, so best to use fresh.
