Chai Tea
After a lot of testing- this is our tried and true recipe that we make every weekend.

Cook Time 25 minutes mins
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 15 Whole Cloves
- 4 Whole Cardamon Pods
- 1/4 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 6 Whole Peppercorns
- 2 Inches Raw Ginger Sliced thin
- 6 Cups Water
- 5 Black Tea Bags
- 2 Cups Soy Milk
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Or up to 1/2 Cup
Slightly crush cardamon and peppercorn. Add all spices and water to medium pot.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags, add milk and sugar.
Strain into a teapot or mugs.
