Brown Sugar Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 300 ml Condensed sweetened milk
  • 1 Cup Butter 8oz

Notes

Prep a 8x8" pan with parchment- layering in both directions for easy removal.
Microwave for 12-14 minutes- until it reaches 115 (237) degrees.  Stir every 2 minutes.
Once at temperature, remove from microwave and whip for 5 minutes.
Pour into a 8x8 pan, covered with parchment.
Set for 3 hours.
