Orange ‘Chicken’ Soy Curls

This recipe by far is my family’s favourite meal, the recipe came from Rabbit & Wolves.

We make a few alterations- specifically, we bake the soy curls instead of frying them. After rehydrating the soy curls we shake them in cornstarch and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. We also double the recipe every and serve on rice with steamed veggies.
