Brown Sugar Fudge
This is the best and quickest fudge you’ll ever make. It is my plan to veganize it this winter. I’ve already sourced Coconut based condensed sweetened milk, so I’ll give it a try.
Brown Sugar Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 300 ml Condensed sweetened milk
- 1 Cup Butter 8oz
Notes
Prep a 8×8″ pan with parchment- layering in both directions for easy removal.
Microwave for 12-14 minutes- until it reaches 115 (237) degrees. Stir every 2 minutes.
Once at temperature, remove from microwave and whip for 5 minutes.
Pour into a 8×8 pan, covered with parchment.
Set for 3 hours.
