Tofu Banh Mi with Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1-2 Baguette cut into 6" pieces or 4 small baguettes
- Daikon, Red Onion, Carrots, Cucumber Slice into matchsticks and pickled (see below)
- 1 Package Tofu- tossed in soy sauce, Nooch and garlic powder Cubed and air fried until crispy
- 1 Batch Peanut Sauce
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
