Jackfruit ‘Turkey’ and Gravy

This is our Christmas dinner main for this year! We did a trial run, and it is delicious. The recipe is from Veggies at Tiffani’s.

It didn’t work in our Instant Pot, as we got the burn message- so I think I’ll cook it stovetop on Christmas. For our trail run, we served it with mash potatoes.
