Apple Crisp
This is the only apple crisp recipe I make now. It is honestly amazing.
Ingredients
Apples
- 2 lbs Apples peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp Vegan butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Topping
- 1 Cup Each Flour, Oats, Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Each Baking Powder and Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- ⅔ Cup Vegan Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep the apples and plop into a baking dish (I like to use 11×7 ish glass casserole dish). Spray first with oil, if so inclined.
- Mix the topping, excluding the butter. Then add the butter and mix with your hands until crumbly.
- Bake about 35 minutes- until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Note: you can half the topping if you’d like a little crumble.
