Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp

This is the only apple crisp recipe I make now. It is honestly amazing.

Ingredients
  

Apples

  • 2 lbs Apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 Cup Each Flour, Oats, Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Each Baking Powder and Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Cup Vegan Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prep the apples and plop into a baking dish (I like to use 11×7 ish glass casserole dish). Spray first with oil, if so inclined.
  • Mix the topping, excluding the butter. Then add the butter and mix with your hands until crumbly.
  • Bake about 35 minutes- until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Note: you can half the topping if you’d like a little crumble.
