Ingredients
  

  • Sticky Rice Mix in some rice vinegar once cooled
  • Edamame
  • Cucumber sliced thin
  • Yam Steamed or Roasted
  • Avocado Sliced
  • 1-2 Extra Firm Tofu Air-fried
  • Spicy Mayo Vegan Mayo and Sriracha
  • Furikake

Notes

If time permits marinate the tofu in soy/sesame oil/water prior to air frying.
