Rice Pudding
Super quick dessert or breakfast- in the Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Sticky Rice I know, not traditional at all
- 4 Cups Soy Milk
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Ground
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon Ground
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cardamon Ground
Notes
Wash rice well, add to instant pot with all other ingredients and stir.
Cook at high pressure for 8 minutes and do a 10 minute release.
Let sit for a few moments to thicken.
Stir in nuts, seed, sweetener (if you’d like), chia and flax.
Note, if you make with regular basmati rice, reduce soy milk to 3 cups.
It will thicken if not eaten right away, add soy milk to thin and re-heat.
