Ingredients
- 2 Cup Water
- 4 Cups Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Flax Seed Ground
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1" Ginger
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 1 scoop Protein Powder optional
- Fruit- fresh or frozen optional
- 1 Date optional
