Sautéed Cabbage
Sautéed Cabbage
This is a wonderful component to add to a Buddha bowl or as a side to anything. It is more flavourful than you'd think.
Ingredients
- 1 small Cabbage Green or Red
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Chop the cabbage in to thin slices.
- Warm up a cast iron pan with olive oil and add the cabbage.
- After a minute or so add in the remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes.

Stir the cabbage occasionally until the cabbage becomes soft and caramelized.

Before serving, season with salt and pepper.
